Steiff Club Gift 99, is a dark brown miniature bear measuring 7 cm which comes in a box
with certificate. Other issues in this series are a blond (1997), blue (1998), black (2000), white (2001),
light brown (2002), rosé (2003), light blue (2004) and Little Richard (2005). A new series was started in 2006!

Steiff Club Bear 99, called Mourning Bear which is a 1912 replica of Steiff's tribute to
the Titanic. He is 35 cm in size, 5 way jointed, has a growler and wears the typical club medallion around his neck.
He is made of black mohair, nose and claws are hand stitched with sand colored cotton and his eyes are black lined with
copper-colored felt. Comes in a box with certificate. The edition size announced by Steiff is 9000.

Steiff Club Polar Bear on Wheels 99, is a 1910 replica that has a movable neck mechanism,
which allows you to swing his head from side to side. He is 22 cm in size, has boot button black eyes and wears the typical club
medallion around his neck. He features a steel frame with fine wood shavings packed around it. Comes in a box with certificate.
The edition size announced by Steiff is 5600.

Steiff Club Millennium Bear 99, is fully jointed and 32 cm in size. He represents the
old Steiff by having the left side of the bear made in gold-brown mohair and the new Steiff by having the right side in rose.
He wears a gold-rose ribbon and a typical club medallion around his neck. He comes in a box with certificate.
The edition size announced by Steiff is 9450.

The German Event Bear 1999 is a 22 cm black mohair teddy bear, which is limited to 2000 bears.
He does not come with a certificate or box. He could only be obtained at Steiff Special Events in 1999, hosted by participating
authorized Steiff retailers.

The 3rd Steiff Festival Bear Rosey is actual the same bear as the 1st and 2nd Steiff
Festival Bear, only the color is different. Rosey is 29 cm and issued in an edition of 3000. Comes with a small certificate
but without a box. She is a typical teddy baby. The complete family consists out of Father Blackey (1997), Mother Whitey (1998),
Aunt Rosey (1999), son Little Blackey and sister Little Whitey (2000).

The Husky Set II, consists out of the Musher, 35 cm in size, and two huskies each 15 cm in
size. These huskies have a different color schema from the one in Husky Set I, released in 1998. So all three huskies are
different. There are 3000 sets, and they come in a nice presentation box but do not have any specific certificate. The third and
last set in this series was issued in 2000 and consists out of two additional huskies and a polar bear. Other limited editions
from Fulda besides the Husky sets I, II and III sets are Horse on Wheels (2000), Molly Pony black (2000), Husky black/white
(2001) and Snowboarder Teddy bear (2003).

first in the "Classic Pooh" series, is made out of mohair, fully jointed, wears his famous red vest and comes with his

Disney Mickey Mouse as Steamboat Willie, issued in an
edition of 10.000 pieces, is 35 cm in size. He is the first in the "Disney Showcase Collection". Mickey is not jointed and made
out of mohair. His shoes, trousers and hat are made out of velour's and comes with a handcrafted ship's wheel. Steamboat Willie
is Mickey's first-ever animated movie performance. He comes in a nice presentation box with certificate. Following items have

Mercedes-Benz bear made exclusively for the visitor center at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International.
The bear is made of genuine mohair in brilliant silver in an edition of 1500 pieces. He is 35 cm, fully jointed and comes with
a certificate. Bear arrives in a royal blue felt bag embroidered with the Mercedes-Benz and Steiff logos.

Steiff has produced for Coca-Cola the famous Coca-Cola Polar Bear, in an edition of 10.000
pieces and 35 cm in size. He is made out of mohair and carries in his right paw a coke bottle. He has around his neck a Coca-Cola
scarf and on his chest a Coca-Cola enamel medallion. His design is according to the Coca-Cola polar bear from the 1920's, which
was re-used in 1993. He comes in a nice presentation box with certificate.

Coca-Cola Santa with Steiff Teddy Bear. This Coca-Cola Santa is made according to the one
which first appeared in a 1931 advertising campaign, illustrated by Haddon Sundblom. He is dressed in a red coat and hat, wears
a brown leather belt, red trousers and black leather boots. He carries a sack which contains a Steiff white mohair teddy bear,
which is as a first stitched with red garn, completely in line with the Coca-Cola Santa colors. This set is limited to 10.000
pieces. The Santa is 35 cm, made out of PVC and 3 way jointed. The teddy bear is 6 cm. The set comes in a nice presentation box
with certificate of authenticity.

celebrate the 100th anniversary of the German shoe brand "Salamander". Lurchi is 33 cm, comes with a small certificate

Maari was issued to celebrate 25 years of the German Cancer Society in a limited
edition of 2000 pieces. Maari is the mascot of the German Cancer Society. It is different from its unlimited version issued
in 1997, in two ways e.g.: it has a white ear tag versus yellow and it is in a sitting position versus standing. Maari is not
jointed, is 30 cm in size, does not have a certificate and does not come in a box. He comes with a yellow decal of the mascot.
An unlimited version of this mascot in a 25 cm size was issued in 2001.

Barbie doll and Steiff bear set. The Mattel Barbie doll is 30 cm and the Steiff Teddy bear 15 cm. The set is limited

mohair and is 33 cm in size. He wears a nice white race overall which was typical for the 1930's. The silvery color of this bear
is an especially developed new color by Steiff for Mercedes-Benz. One of his paws has embroidered: "Mercedes-Benz Classic".

35 cm in size and he wears a nice dark blue ribbon around his neck. The silvery color of this bear is an especially developed

18 cm Steiff snowman and two Hummel figurines which show two children playing in the snow, called "First Snow" 14 cm and "Let it
Snow" 13 cm. The set is limited to 20.000 pieces. The Steiff snowman wears a porcelain medallion. The set comes in a nice collectors
box, accompanied with certificate of authenticity. This is the second in a series, other ones issued are Christmas Tree (1998),

Johann Strauss Musical Bear, the Austria exclusive, is 40 cm in size, limited to
1847 pieces and comes in a box with certificate. The bear is issued to celebrate the 100th anniversary of his death.
Johann Strauss died 3 June 1899. The bear has a music box which plays the world famous song the blue Danube waltz.
He is made of a fluffy silver grey mohair. Austrian exclusive bears have been issued since 1995.

Lipizzaner Horse, only available from the town council of the small Austrian village called
Köflachwhich. The horse is 30 cm in size, limited to 3000 pieces and made out of a special woven fur which looks like real horse
hair. The hair on his neck and the hair of his tail is made out of the finest white mohair. The horse is not jointed and does not
have a growler or voice box. The saddle blanket is made according to the design of the Piber blankets, which are famous for the
breading of Lipizzaner horses. Comes with a small certificate but without a box.

The 5th bear issued by the Lafayette department store of France is a dark blue bear wearing a satin vest which has three buttons
in the colors of the French national flag, e.g. blue/white/red,
written on the front side in the same color scheme "Bonjour l'an
2000" and on the back Gallery Lafayette 2000". He has grey paws and as usual on one it says "Gallery Lafayette".
The bear is 34 cm in size and limited to 1500 pieces. Comes in a box with certificate of authenticity. Other bears issued in
this series are Paris bear (1995), Lafayette 100 years (1996), Tricoloure blanc (1997) and Tour Eiffel (1998).

Spielzeugmarkt 1999, is a small bear which was only available at the Toy Fair Nuernberg
Germany in 1999. It is not a special bear from Steiff, but he comes with a special ribbon, certificate and is only limited to
150 pieces. This years bear is 22 cm in size, made of black mohair and is the same bear as the Germany 99 event bear. He does not
come in a box.

Steiff Museum Bear 1999 is made out of red-brown mohair and 30 cm in size. Has a porcelain
medallion from the Steiff Museum in Giengen around his neck. He could only be obtained at the Steiff museum in Giengen Germany
in 1999. He is limited to 3200 pieces, comes with a certificate but without box. This is the second one issued in this series.
Bears issued in this series are blond (1998), red-brown (1999), white (2000), cinnamon (2001), black
(2002), brass (2003), pink (2004), light grey (2005), black (2006), reddish brown (2006), cinnamon-coffee (2007) and blond (2008). It
is assumed that this series will be continued over the next years.

his neck. He carries a small Xmas tree in his right hand. He is 3 way jointed, 12 cm and limited to 5000 pieces. Comes in a nice
presentation box with certificate. A Xmas Ornament has been issued every year from 1996 until 2001. From 2002 onwards there was
no special German Xmas Ornament anymore which was replaced by World Wide Xmas Ornament edition and it is assumed that this series
will be continued over the next years.

This Teddy bear was issued by Steiff and given exclusively to its staff to wish them luck for the new millennium. Comes
in a box with two certificates one in English and one in German.

German Post Bear Maximilian, is 32 cm in size and limited to 1500 pieces. He is the 5th
in this series of German Postman. Maximilian, is a so called "Königlich Bayerische Postillion", from around the 1850's: he wears
a black felt top hat, whip made out of wood and leather, a Post-horn made out of heavy brass attached to a typical white-blue cord;
the red vest and blue jacket - both embroidered with gold and finished with metal buttons. On the arm does he wear the typical
Bavarian coat of arms. Comes in a box with certificate of authenticity. Other bears issued in this series are Johannes (1995),
Heinrich (1996), Moritz (1997), Christel (1998), Wilhelm (2001) and Friedrich (2008).

Steiff-Meissen Set 1999 an exclusive for Japan, consists of a Meissen tea cup with a Steiff
bear in a nice wooden box with certificate of authenticity. The rose color of the bear and the color of the rose on the tea cup
are the same. The bear is 28 cm in size and the set is limited to 1500 pieces. This is the first in a series of Steiff-Meissen
sets. It is assumed that this series will be continued over the next years.

Steiff exclusive bears since 1988.

Romantic Romeo & Juliet, is Harrods exclusive edition for 1999. The bears come in a show case,
which is styled according to the famous Romeo & Juliet balcony. The music work is this year not in one of the bears, but is
integrated in the show case. Romeo is 22 cm in size, made out of dark-brown mohair and wears a white shirt. Juliet is 20 cm, made
out of rose mohair and wears a dress in the same color. The set is limited to 2000 pieces and the bears do not have a growler or
voice box. A certificate of authenticity is included with this set. Harrods has issued Steiff exclusive bears since 1989.

Baby Bear Set II contains exact replicas of the British Collectors bears from 1994 until
1998. They are all 16 cm and made out of mohair, come in a nice wooden collectors box with certificate in an edition of 1847 sets.
Baby Bear Set I was issued in 1997 and covered 16 cm replicas of the British Collectors Teddy bears from 1989-1993 and Baby Bear Set
II was issued in 1999 which covered 16 cm replicas from the British Collectors Teddy bears from 1999-2003.

currency in January 2002. To celebrate this change, two bears were issued. One is the Good-Bye DM bear
