Steiff Club Gift 2000, is a black miniature bear measuring 7 cm which comes in a box with
certificate. Other issues in this series are a blond (1997), blue (1998), dark-brown (1999), white (2001), light brown
(2002), rosé (2003), light blue (2004) and Little Richard (2005). A new series was started in 2006!

Toy German Spitz is made out of white mohair woven fur, not jointed and comes with a squeaker.
He has hand stitched black nose and paws. The white ear-tag with red print indicates that it is a special edition. He is 18 cm in

Teddy bear Harlequin 1925 is made out of red/blue mohair woven fur, excelsior stuffed, 5-way

The Century Bear, which is 33 cm in size, is made out of reddish-blond mohair, comes with a

The German Event Bear 2000 was only available at special Steiff club events in 2000. He is made
out of blond mohair, 22 cm in size and has a white ear-tag. He has a white ribbon around his waist which has the name of the event
he was issued for printed on it. He is limited to 3300 pieces, does not have a certificate and does not come in a box.

Little Blackey and Whitey is the fourth special edition for the Steiff festival.
Little Blackey, 16 cm, open mouth, has a grey chest insert and his feet and mouth are made of grey short mohair.
The soles of his feet are embroidered with “4. Steiff” and “Festival” respectively. Little Whitey, 14 cm in size,
closed mouth and with a pink chest insert. The soles of her feet are embroidered with “Giengen” and “2000”.
This completes the family, consisting out of Father Blackey (1997), Mother Whitey (1998), Aunt Rosey (1999),
son Little Blackey and sister Little Whitey (2000). The Little Blackey and Whitey set comes with a special edition
of the book on the 150th birthday of Margarete Steiff and 1st Steiff Festival. Further is included a specially designed
collector's card which depicts the whole family. This set is limited to 3000 pieces, comes with a certificate but does
not have a box.

The Baden-Baden Bear, issued in a limitation of 3000 pieces, was only available
during the first Steiff Teddy Bear show in the German town called Baden-Baden. He is made out of a brown-tipped mohair,

Little Century Bear, has been produced in an edition of 500 pieces at the Steiff Festival
2000 in Giengen Germany. He is 28 cm in size and is a small version of the club Century bear (EAN 420221). He comes with a

Steiff Leica bear with Minox replica IIIf made for Leica Camera AG Germany comes in a limited
edition of 200 pieces only. The camera is fully functional and uses 8x11 Minox films. The bear is a yellow tagged classic
brown bear, EAN 000461. He comes dressed in a black Leica jacket with hat and a gold ribbon. There exists as well a yellow
tagged classic 1909 blond bear (EAN 000515) dressed in a Leica jacket with hat. Both bears are 43 cm in size do not have a

Husky Set III comprises: 2 black huskies, each 15cm in size and 1 polar bear, 40cm in size
each with a gold-plated "Button in Ear". They are all made out of mohair woven fur and this set comes in a limitation
of 3000 in a nice presentation box but without a certificate. This is the last set in this series. First set, Husky and Sleigh,
was issued in 1998 and the second set, 2 Huskies and Musher, was issued in 1999.

gala dinner for the Mentor society in Berlin. Present at this dinner was queen Silvia from Sweden. Half of the sales of this
bear will flow to the Mentor Society, which tries to prevent that children take drugs. It is a 20 cm blond mohair bear,
with a green ribbon which contains the Mentor logo. The Mentor bear does not have a certificate and does not come with a box.

Karl, Maerklin, chief inspector of the Royal Wuerttembergian Railway is 22 cm, limited to
2000 pieces and made out of blond mohair. He is issued for the 150th Anniversary of a railroad track in Germany called
"Geislinger Steige". The bear is issued in a collaboration by the Post Museum Shop and Maerklin. Karl worked at this railroad
track 100 years ago, and as such he wears a costume from that time period. He is 5 way jointed and his button is gold plated.

Captain James (1997), Penny The Federation Teddy Bear (2001), Garny Kangaroo (2002) and Tilly Teddy bear with little Koala bear

Black Jack, the Austria exclusive is limited to 1500 pieces, 32 cm in size and made out of
black mohair with green felt paws just like the tables in the casinos. On one of his paws is written "black" and on the
other one "jack". The edition is rounded off by an exclusive, strictly limited silver betting chip with a specially
embossed Teddy head and the inscription "Black Jack 2000"; which is in great demand among collectors. He has of course a white
ear tag and a gold-plated "Button in Ear". The Austrian Bear 2000 presents itself this in a flannel bag embroidered with silver
thread along with a numbered and signed certificate. Austrian exclusive bears have been issued since 1995.

The Palmers teddy bear is a special issue for an Austrian lingerie company with the same name.
The mohair has been colored in the very distinct Palmers-green, his paws are woven from jacquard fabric with scattered motifs.
Its golden shine matches the exquisite ribbon. He is 27 cm in size, comes in a box with certificate of authenticity and is
limited to 1500 pieces.

The Toots Thielemans bear wears a black felt jacket, black shirt and characteristic dark
sunglasses The bear is made out of white mohair, 33 cm in size and limited to 1500 pieces. He has a miniature mouth organ in his
breast pocket and a lavishly embroidered signature of the artist "Toots" on the right paw. The incorporated music box by Reuge,
features the famous hit "Hard To Say Goodbye". Toots Thielemans is a famous Belgian Jazz Musician who lives in the
USA and plays the mouth organ. The limited edition numbers 0002 until 0005 have been auctioned in the Casino of Knokke Belgium,
during a Concert - Gala Dinner of the musician. This nice bear comes in a box with certificate of authenticity. Belgian exclusive
bears have been issued since 1997.

La Provencale Bear, 34 cm in size and limited to 1500 pieces. The bear is made out of a
ochre-yellow colored mohair and has a lavender flower embroidered on the sole of his left foot. He carries a basket which has
been lined with a blue cloth and contains a sachet of lavender. He comes in a box with a certificate of authenticity. This is the
first real exclusive for France as the bears in previous years were only available at Gallery Lafayette. Other France exclusives
are La Vie en Rose (2002), Douce France (2003), Montmartre (2004) and Teddy bear Carmen (2005).

He comes in a limitation of 1500 pieces, is 38 cm in size and is made of a darkish green mohair. On both of the soles of his
paws is an edelweiss embroidered. Wears a silk scarf. which again has the edelweiss on it. He comes in a box with certificate.
This is the first one in a series of bears dedicated to mountain flowers. Other ones issued are Gentian - Enzian (2001),
Alpine rose - Almrausch (2002), Carline Thistle - Silberdistel (2003), Snowdrop - Schneegloeckchen (2004) and Alpine Poppy -
Alpenmohn Teddy bear (2005). It is assumed that this popular series will be continued over the next years.

differently and accompanied with luxury items. On his left paw does he have the emblem of "Monaco Aide et Presence" (M.A.P.) and

This exclusive edition for Harrods is called Rose Tavern Bear. The name comes from a 18th
century pub. "The Rose Tavern" stood next to the Drury Lane Theatre, Covent Garden in the late 17th and early 18th Centuries. A
respectable establishment by day, at night it had the reputation of a wild and dangerous place. In 1712 a fatal duel was arranged
there between the Duke of Hamilton and Lord Mohun. It was much patronized by the gentry and the playgoers of the time, including
Pepys, who once famously left in the middle of a performance at the theatre, preferring instead 'half a breast of mutton off the
spit', only to return for the conclusion of the play. The bear is made out of grey mohair and comes with a music work that plays
the song: "tavern in the town". The bears is 34 cm in size and limited to 2000 pieces. He comes in a box with certificate and
with a pewter plate that marks the co-operation between Harrods and Steiff and carries the following inscription: "Steiff - Harrods
