	The 25th Anniversary Club edition 2017 Teddy bear, is 32 cm in size, 5-way jointed, is limited to 1992 pieces and comes in a collectors box with certificate of authenticity. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Steiff Club is this bear done in a silver gray color scheme. He has extra long arms and his paws are made from alcantara. He wears a satin neckerchief which has a pin attached that resembles the pin that was provided as the first club gift in 1992. This bear will only be available in 2017. EAN 421396

	Steiff Club membership gift 2017 Teddy bear, is 10 cm in size, 5-way jointed, and comes in a collectors box with certificate of authenticity. This tiny, handmade Teddy is sewn from a silver gray colored mohair, just like the Club Edition 2017, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Steiff Club. Features gray colored felt paw pads and a gray hand-stitched nose. This little bear wears a gray colored satin bow tie. The bear will only be available in 2017 and the edition size has not been announced by Steiff yet. EAN 421402

	The Event bear 2017, only available at special Steiff trunk shows and club events, is 5-way jointed, is made out of silver gray colored mohair and is a 20 cm in size. This handmade Teddy is sewn from a silver gray colored mohair, just like the Club Edition 2017, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Steiff Club. Hand stitched facial details give her a warm, inviting expression. Her sweet face is framed by a corded rope around her neck. She proudly sports a chest tag identifying her as the “Event 2017”. The bear does not come in a box but has a certificate of authenticity. The bear will only be available in 2017 and the edition size has been set at a maximum of 1992 pieces. EAN 421419

	Richard Teddy bear and Monkey PB is only available to Steiff Club members. Richard is 50 cm in size and made from brown colored mohair silk plus and Monkey PB is 32 cm in size and made from brown colored mohair. Both are 5 way jointed, have wooden eyes and are stuffed with wood shavings. Richard bear features a hand-made glass nose. There are only 115 sets available as it has been 115 years since Richard Steiff introduced his early string-jointed toys to the world. The set comes with a precious booklet which contains historical information, as well as a reproduction of the medal Richard Steiff was awarded at the world exhibition in St. Louis in 1904. 	Steiff Noah's Ark is only available to Steiff Club members. It comes with 2 Teddy bears, 18 animals, a wooden Ark, is limited to 500 pieces and all pieces will have the same limited edition number. It is issued over 2017 and 2018 in 4 parts. The ﬁrst set (421440) consists of a pine ark (61 cm long, 26 cm high, 27 cm wide), Teddy Noah, his wife and two elephants. The ark is stained and elaborately ﬁnished to create a „used look“, adorned with a gold-colored Steiff button, and opens at the side. Teddy Noah and his wife are made of high quality, beige mohair, stand 12 cm tall and are clothed. Noah is wearing a cotton coat with a satin trim and velvet-like waistcoat, while his wife is in a cotton dress with a satin trim and veil. The two elephants are 15 cm in size. One of them has felt tusks, while the mouth of the other one is open for a cute effect, and their trunks are cheerfully raised upwards. The second set (421457) consists of two zebras, 14 and 15 cm in size, and two giraffes, 20 and 21 cm in size. All four animals are made of the ﬁnest printed mohair, and are characterized by extensive airbrushed effects and different materials. For instance, one of the zebras has a black and the other a white mane; one of the giraffes is cream, the other beige. The horns and ears are made of painted felt. The third set (421464), the jungle animals are boarding the ark: two gorillas and two tigers increase the Teddy bear and animal community from 8 to 12. The gorillas are made of light and dark brown mohair, and feature cheerful little details such as the tiny ears, paws and feet in felt. They stand 14 and 16 cm tall. The tigers are made of cream printed mohair, are 13 and 14 cm in size, and have cute little pink embroidered noses. Elaborate shading completes their perfect make-up. The fourth (421518) and ﬁnal set contains no fewer than six animals. A pair of lions, with a running lion, 14 cm and a sitting lioness, 10 cm in size, two dromedaries in different colours, 13 and 14 cm tall, and two crocodiles in light and dark green, 18 and 19 cm in size. Like their predecessors, all six animals are made of the ﬁ nest mohair and are lovingly ﬁnished with airbrushed details. The noses are embroidered by hand. 	The 25 years Steiff Club Teddy bear, is limited to 350 pieces, is 5-way jointed, made from cream colored mohair and was exclusively sold to Steiff club members that attended the "Time Travel Exhibition" at the Steiff festival. He has "Steiff Club" embroidered on his right paw and wears a dark blue ribbon that has "25 jahre Steiff Club" and "1992 - 2017" imprinted on it. 	The Steiff Teddy bear set Steiff Summer Festival 2017, are limited to 500 pieces, are 5-way jointed, red bear is 20 cm and yellow bear 18 cm in size and are exclusively sold at the festival. While the material is classical and traditional, the design is very modern: the Steiff Summer Teddy bears are made of finest yellow and red colored mohair. The paws of the bears are made in the same color as the color of the other bear, so the yellow bear has red paws and the red bear has yellow paws. 	The Steiff Workshop Teddy bear 2017 has been produced at one of the workshops organized by Steiff. The unusual aspect of this bear is that there is no bear in this edition which looks alike. Each bear was produced by one of the participants of the workshops organized by the Steiff Club during the year. The bears paws are embroidered with "Steiff Workshop" (right) and name of the participant and date of the workshop (left). Each participant could choose the color of the eyes and the yarn for the stitching of the nose, mouth and paws. The eyes were put in by the participants as was the stitching of the nose, mouth and paws. Good-natured but scatterbrained, Disney's cartoon character Goofy is well loved the world over! Goofy first appeared, somewhat disguised, as a member of the audience in Mickey’s Revue (1932). That laugh created such an impression on Walt Disney that the character was soon featured in other cartoons. 	Nelly the beagle, is 28 cm in size, not jointed, made from brown/white/black colored plush and is not limited. Nelly, the beagle, was rescued by a concerned citizen who had found a crate of dogs on the side of the highway. It was discovered that the dogs had all been shot and whoever dumped them assumed they were all dead. One, however, was still alive and hanging on for dear life. All three dogs had numbers tattooed into their ears, indicating they had been used in the animal testing industry. This Good Samaritan contacted Beagle Freedom Project and Nelly was immediately brought to an emergency vet. In addition to a number of other health issues indicative of the abuse she had experienced in a testing facility, the vet discovered Nelly had cancer. This resilient little beagle is receiving treatment, and has proven to be quite the fighter. Despite all the horrors she has known in life, Nelly’s tail never stops wagging and she is endlessly loving and affectionate towards her new caretakers. Behind every good Road Runner is … well, a coyote … Wile E. Coyote, to be specific. The creators originally intended the cartoons to be spoofs of other cartoons; instead they became successes in their own right. Jones considered many alternatives before deciding on the coyote and roadrunner characters. Jones as a child had read Mark Twain’s book, “Roughing It,” which contained an entire chapter on jackrabbits and coyotes (ergo, Wile E. Coyote). In “Operation: Rabbit,” the coyote is featured with a new adversary - Bugs Bunny. This was one of the few appearances in which Wile E. speaks, alas, to no avail. Bugs still manages to elude the persistent coyote. Legend has it that Jones was motivated to continue the series after receiving a letter from a Naval Air Force captain stating that his flight training pilots were calling “Beep! Beep!” to each other during maneuvers. Road Runner continued to be Wile E. Coyote’s target in the majority of his remaining cartoons. Animation director Chuck Jones and writer Michael Maltese sifted through many alternatives before arriving at the Road Runner character, who would be chased by coyote. The prevalence of roadrunners in southern California provided impetus to the creation of a cartoon about the funny little birds called road runners. Road runners can run about 21 or 22 miles an hour. “They spread their little stubby wings and shoot up to the top of a big swirl of cactus and vibrate to a stop,” Chuck Jones recounted. “I always thought they were funny- funny by the way they move, not by what they look like.” Enter the Coyote, who is always hungry, and the chase is on. Wile E. Coyote tries every means he has to trap the Road Runner. Despite Wile E’s determined tinkerings, Road Runner always manages to outmaneuver him. The sprig-like Bowtruckle can be immensely difficult to spot in a natural environment as it is not only very small but also can easily blend into any foliage. It appears to be made out of a tree stem with roots, tiny leafy branches and two brown eyes. He appears in the Harry Potter spin-off "Fantastic beasts and where to find them". Newt has at least six of these little beasts named Pickett, Titus, Finn, Poppy, Marlow and Tom, though he can’t help but play favorites with Pickett, whom he keeps safe in his breast pocket. 	Nolde's goat, is 23 cm in size, not jointed, made from white/green colored mohair and is limited to 999 pieces. The Nolde sky is quite a concept, but the Nolde goat? What is not, can still be: Määh! On the 150th birthday of Emil Nolde, the Steiff has brought to life one of the most expressive paintings by the famous painter: "Stilleben (mit gestreifter Ziege)". In cooperation with the Nolde Foundation in Seebüll, Steiff has created a small goat which seems to have sprung from the image of the expressionist. "Stilleben (with striped goat)" is a central painting by Noldes in the group of Stilleben. It stands with its significant artistic quality for Nolde's sense of color and creative power. From 1911 to 1929, Nolde created more than one hundred oil paintings depicting masks, figures, textiles, and other artifacts. From its pacing stance to the distinctive appearance of its mane, this Steiff lion faithfully recreates its fellows from the Processional Way. In the 6th century BC King Nebuchadnezzar II had the bricks of the Babylonian ceremonial way decorated with 120 nearly life-size lions. Over two thousand years later the remains of these bricks were discovered during excavations in Babylon, now in Iraq. Some 30 of the original 120 lions of the Processional Way are now displayed in the Pergamon museum in Berlin. They were painstakingly reconstructed from thousands of brick fragments. 	The Krumbacher cow, is 25 cm in size, not jointed, made from brown colored plush and is limited to 15000 pieces. Krumbach is a company in Germany that produces mineral water. In 2017 Krumbacher started a campaign in Autumn. After a customer bought 20 cases, each containing 12 bottles, of mineral water one could obtain the Krumbacher cow for free. 	Little Happy Teddy bear 1926, is 25 cm in size, 5-way jointed, with glass eyes, a loosely jointed head, has a squeaker, is stuffed with wood shavings, made brown tipped colored mohair and is limited to 926 pieces. New or over ninety? Not so sure when you take your first glimpse of the replica “Little Happy” Teddy bear from 1926. The Steiff designers have excelled in capturing every magical characteristic of the original. Even his stuffing is excelsior, like the original. Wallace and his canine friend Gromit have enjoyed a colorful, fascinating history, from their conception in Nick student sketchbooks to becoming instantly recognisable stars of the silver screen. The story of Wallace and Gromit began when Nick Park was a student at the National Film and Television School. When deciding what to do for his graduation project, he chose to animate a couple of characters he had been sketching and writing short stories for - a man with a flat cap and his cat. The cat later transformed into a dog and the man lost the moustache that Nick had originally drawn him with, but the idea of the ingenious inventor and his cautious canine was there in Nick Park's student sketchbook! After doing a 3-week attachment at Elstree Film Studios and seeing how all the special effects were being created, Nick began to piece some ideas together about a man who builds a rocket in his basement and flies to the moon to stock up on his supplies of cheese. At the same time that Nick was developing his short film, Peter Lord and David Sproxton (the founders of Aardman Animations) went to give a talk at the National Film School, during which Nick took the opportunity to show them what he was making for his final year project. At the time, Nick had barely shot the construction of the rocket sequence - a paragraph on paper had taken him a year and a half to complete! Pete and Dave realized Nick's project was overly ambitious for the timescale he had been given and so they offered him an opportunity to work at Aardman animating commercials in exchange for studio time and additional resources to finish his project. A Grand Day Out was finally finished and transmitted on Channel 4 on Christmas Eve, 1990 - 6 years after production began!
