	Club edition 2022 Tomorrow Teddy bear, is 32 cm in size, 5-way jointed, made from ice blue colored bamboo/viscose plush and is limited to 1992 pieces. When he first appeared in 1929, the Steiff Teddy Baby was a striking bear of innovative design: he had a charming accentuated face with smiling open mouth and a playful bell around his neck. In 1992 he made a reappearance as the inceptive figure to launch the founding of the Steiff Club. Now as a limited Edition a porcelaine medallion replaced his bell, his coat enjoyed blue highlights and his paw pads were made of blue felt. Thirty years later he returns as the 2022 Club exclusive. 	Palm bear, is 28 cm in size, not jointed, made from a brown colored plush and is limied but the edition size has not been disclosed and the bear has a yellow-ear tag which is normally used for unlimited editions. The Palm paper mill was founded in 1872 in Neukochen, Germany. Even back then, the brown bear was an important part of the culture of the formerly independent municipality of Unterkochen. To this day, a "Bear Day" is celebrated in Unterkochen every year in its honor. Moreover, the classic characteristics of a brown bear, such as reliability, consistency, and strength, are also a perfect fit for Palm. To mark Palm's 150th anniversary, this Steiff brown bear was issued which comes with a special blue chest-tag. 	Teddy bear 1908, is 35 cm in size, 5-way jointed, has wooden eyes, a growler, is wood wool stuffed, made from black colored mohair and is limited to 1908 pieces. In 1908 six colored bears were commissioned for presentation in London. Four were never seen again: pink, yellow, green and black. Until now! Thanks to a passionate and knowledgeable Steiff collector, a never-before seen black 1908 bear has at last been discovered. The bear’s name is Bruno. Steiff archivist and designers carefully studied his intricate details, and the result is a replica that is truly a masterpiece. His red stitched claws and fine sculpting echo the look of the original in each and every way. The Steiff archivist was fascinated to see Bruno’s unusual and noteworthy additional single mouth stitch. One that mirrors the first black bear made in 1907 as a prototype and which Richard used to enhance the lifelike appearance of his bears. The 1920s and 1930s were a veritable heyday for Steiff dogs. One of the most popular dog breeds of the 1930s was the fun loving Wire hair fox terrier. It is not surprising therefore that Steiff chose to interpret this charismatic canine from the late 1890s right through to the present day. His ongoing appeal clearly illustrates the enduring popularity of this cute little pup. The most beloved was style of the period was called “Ajax,” who retained all the traditional qualities and exceptional modelling synonymous to Steiff. With indomitable fortitude and great confidence, the tiger people can be competent leaders. On the other side, they are likely to be impetuous, irritable, overindulged and love to boast to others. The Lucky cat is a common Japanese figurine (lucky charm, talisman), usually made of ceramic in modern times, which is often believed to bring good luck to the owner. Gutemine is the matriarchal wife of Chief Vitalstatistix, leader of the village wives and the best cook in the village. She is often disappointed with the other villagers (calling them barbarians) and wishes Vitalstatistix was more ambitious. Consequently she zealously defends and flaunts every privilege due to her as first lady of the village, such as skipping the queue at the fishmongers. 	Sunny Steiff-Museum Bear 2022, is 28 cm tall, 5-way jointed, stuffed with polylactide (corn fibre), is traditionally handcrafted in the finest blond colored linen plush and is limited to 2005 pieces. Every year since 1998, a Museum bear has been produced for the Margarete Steiff Museum. These bears have proved extremely popular with Steiff fans and collectors. So this year too, the popular series of Museum Teddy Bears is being continued. Sunny comes with a certificate of authenticity but does not come in a box. Steiff Special Japan
	Hinaningyo Teddy bear set 2022, each 15 cm in size, 5-way jointed and made from vanilla/white colored mohair and is limited (white ear-tag) to an undisclosed number. Hinamatsuri, also called Doll's Day or Girls' Day, is a special day in Japan. Celebrated on 3 March of each year, platforms covered with a red carpet-material are used to display a set of ornamental dolls (hina-ningyo) representing the Emperor, Empress, attendants, and musicians in traditional court dress of the Heian period. Families with young daughters mark this day by setting up such a display of dolls inside the house. They offer rice crackers and other food to the dolls. Both bears are dressed in very nice kimono's which have been made with attention to a lot of detail. Steiff is produced in Germany and there is a tradition of handing down a teddy bear from parent to child and then lovingly from generation to generation.
